Valentine's Day Tours

Join us on Sunday, February 14th for our special Valentine's Day tours. Vegan sweets, $1 kissing booth with Animal Acres staff, vegan sweets bake sale, and more! Give a pig a belly rub, kiss a cow (or our shelter manager, tour guides, or office coordinator!), and enjoy lots of tender-loving moments with all the sanctuary animals. Visitors are also welcome to bring a blanket and vegan lunch to enjoy a romantic picnic in the courtyard with our chickens and other feathered friends! Bring a loved one, or come to fall in love at Animal Acres, and share a special Valentine's Day with all of us at Animal Acres. Everyone is welcome - singles, couples, and families! Tours will be held every hour, on the hour, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and last tour at 2:00 p.m. All tour donations, bake sale proceeds, and membership contributions on Valentine's Day will go to our 2010 Emergency Rescue Fund Drive to raise urgently needed funding for farmed animal rescue efforts.

Donating vegan sweets for our Valentine's Day bake sale. All participants who bring a vegan baked good or sweet (no dairy, honey, eggs, or other animal products) will receive FREE admission to our Valentine's Day event!

Spread the word! Please tell all your loved ones about our special Valentine's Day tours and event and encourage everyone to have a heart for farmed animals, too.

Be a Valentine's Day Volunteer. We need a dedicated team of event volunteers to help with a variety of event tasks, including parking, merchandise sales, gate security, tour assistance, and other chores.
